The ELC of Seminole Board of Directors is a group of at least 15 community members whose composition is designated by Florida State Statues. The board is made up of mandatory appointees from various agencies, private sector members and three governor appointees (including the Board Chair). ELC of Seminole bylaws also allow three seats for community “at-large” members.
The Early Learning Coalition of Seminole is currently seeking volunteer candidates to fill three private-sector business member positions on the Board of Directors. The candidate must reside in Florida and be one of the following individuals associated with a private-sector business entity conducting business in Seminole County.
